Hi, I am so looking forward to making this dish. I eat it about every two or so
weeks at Pat's Diner and I am in heaven. Now that I have your recipe I can try to make it myself. Wish me luck. Thanks & God Bless.

Came out great i added a cup of whole berry cranberry sauce, a packet of baby carrots and about 6 small new potatoes ( each cut into 3 wedges)...Voila !! meat, spuds and veggies in an out of this world gravy. Geat recipe around St Paddy's day when brisket is plentiful and cheaper....ENJOY !!
